Q: Are your designs high-quality?
A: Yes! All our designs are 300 DPI, seamless, and optimized for vibrant, high-quality printing. They are perfect for sublimation projects.

Q: Do you offer bundles?
A: Absolutely! We have various bundles offering great value. Bundles are discounted up to 50% compared to buying individual designs.

Q: Can I personalize or resize the designs?
A: Yes, our designs are flexible for resizing and personalization.

Q: How much do your designs cost?
A: Individual designs are priced starting at $5.29 . Bundles and sales offer even more savings.

Q: Do you offer free designs or discounts?
A: Yes! Join our Newsletter and Facebook group to receive free graphics and exclusive coupons. Our memberships offer amazing value and exclusive designs!

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments via credit card and PayPal for secure and hassle-free transactions.

Digital Downloads

Q: How will I receive my designs?
A: All our products are digital downloads. Once your payment is processed, you’ll be taken to a download page and you will receive an email with a download link.

Q: Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with a design?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on digital downloads. However, if you encounter any quality issues, we’ll work with you to resolve them, including providing fixes or coupons.

Using the Designs

Q: What substrates can I use your designs on?
A: Our designs are versatile and can be used on tumblers, mugs, T-shirts, windspinners, garden flags, and more. You can also print our designs on paper, cardstock and more for unlimited crafting ideas!

Q: I’m having trouble with sublimation. Can you help?
A: Of course! Sublimation issues like ghosting or color problems can be tricky. We will be sharing tips and tutorials to help you achieve the best results in our membership platform which will be available soon.

Membership Platform

Q: Do you offer a membership program?
A: Coming Soon ! Our membership platform will offer access to a weekly updated design library, exclusive graphics, resizing/personalization tutorials, and links to helpful tools.

Q: Can I cancel my membership at any time ?

A: At this point our memberships are not auto renewing. So you will purchase a month and receive a months access. When I get auto renewing set up you will be able to cancel at any time. Your current membership will run its course and then you will be unsubscribed.
