Refund and Returns Policy

At Canadian Gifts & Designs, we currently sell digital products, including sublimation designs, tumbler wraps, PNG files, and other downloadable design files.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final once the purchase is complete. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads after purchase.

Please read each product description carefully before placing your order to make sure the file type, size, and intended use are right for your project. If you have questions about a design before purchasing, you are welcome to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Digital File Issues

Your satisfaction matters, and we want you to be able to use your files with confidence. If there is a problem with a digital image, such as a file error, download issue, missing file, or design problem, please contact us so we can review it.

If the issue is with the file itself, we are happy to fix the digital image or provide a corrected file when appropriate.

Please include your order number, the product name, and a clear description of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.

Physical Products

At this time, Canadian Gifts & Designs is focused on digital products. When physical products are added to the shop, this Refunds and Returns Policy will be updated to include the return, exchange, shipping, and damage policies for those items.
